1.Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of acecooperatives.com (the "Site"), operated by Ace Cooperatives LLC ("Ace," "we," "us," or "our"), and the text messaging programs described below. By using the Site, booking a call, or enrolling in a messaging program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
If you have signed a separate written agreement with Ace, including a direct seller agreement, compensation exhibit, or partnership document, that signed agreement controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
2.Eligibility
The Site and our programs are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
3.Informational Site; No Offer of Employment
The Site describes Ace, its model, and its sales programs for informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer of employment, a guarantee of engagement, or a binding offer of compensation. Direct sellers engage with Ace as independent contractors under separately signed written agreements, and all compensation, qualification standards, account requirements, and program terms are established exclusively by those signed agreements, which may vary by individual, market, and Operating Partner.
4.Performance Figures and Earnings Disclaimer
Figures presented on the Site, including revenue, account counts, rep counts, and per rep averages, are historical figures for the periods indicated, are presented as revenue sold rather than individual earnings or take home pay, and may include estimates, mid season figures, or paced projections identified as such. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Individual results vary widely based on effort, experience, market, season, and other factors, and no specific level of sales or income is promised or implied. Any figures shown are not typical of every participant.
5.Scheduling and Communications Consent
When you book a call or submit your contact information through the Site or a linked scheduling tool, you agree that Ace may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of any engagement with Ace. Third party scheduling tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6.Text Messaging Program Terms
Ace offers the following messaging programs: Ace Cooperatives Recruiting and Scheduling Alerts (booking confirmations, reminders, and updates you request about working with Ace) and, where applicable, Ace Cooperatives Service Messages (messages connected to a sale made through one of our sales programs). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive these messages from Ace and its service providers at the number provided.

- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt out.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at sales@acecooperatives.com.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or engagement.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We may change or terminate a messaging program at any time. T-Mobile and other carriers are not parties to these Terms.
Our handling of mobile information, including our commitment that text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, is described in our Privacy Policy.
7.Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents, including the Ace Cooperatives name, logo, text, graphics, and design, are owned by Ace or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its contents without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
8.Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, misrepresenting your identity, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
9.Third Party Services and Links
The Site may link to or load resources from third party services, including scheduling tools and hosted fonts. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Ace is not responsible for their content or practices.
10.Operating Partner Services
Pest control services sold through Ace's programs are provided by independent Operating Partners under service agreements between the customer and the applicable Operating Partner. Ace is not the service provider and is not a party to the customer's service agreement. Questions about servicing, scheduling, billing, warranties, or cancellations should be directed to the Operating Partner identified in the customer's agreement.
11.Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ace does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or that information on the Site is complete or current.
12.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace and its members, managers, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace's total liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ace and its members, managers, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
14.Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at sales@acecooperatives.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
15.Changes; Severability; Entire Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Ace regarding use of the Site, and do not modify any separately signed agreement.
